Simply one of the best I've ever done in original productions, folks. It is a mix that I am quite happy with and I think you'll like it too. Look for the upload in a few days and then look for it to appear in NYC, Miami, Atlanta and possibly near you!
it is called "Traveling Music 2010" and is the 15th issue compilation of Mix To Go Magazine. Quick review: Mix To Go Magazine was launched in 2004 (around the same time Mixcraft was formed) and features both a print magazine and a mix compilation each month. It started as a seasonal venture, then every 2 months and now is monthly. Every mix is meticulously compiled-every beat, every song and every sound is under close watch before is then added to a list of songs that are mixed together by DJ FREEDOM. You also get the magazine (which is what you are actually paying for) for $5. You can get the latest info on parties featuring DJ Freedom, DJ Blazita, The Crooklyn Clan, Kenny Summit and a host of other phenomenal DJs. Articles are focused on new music playlists, travel-oriented events, social habitats in NYC/Brooklyn, Miami, Atlanta and sometimes Houston. Other cities focused on a need to show basis. Subscriptions are $25 for a year ($35 savings off the newsstand price) and always include one or two exclusive mix compilations. That was the brief...if you want a subscription please send your request to [email protected] or call (212) 252-2528. Six months ago TODAY, I set out to launch a movement into black professionalism that would change the way business, social networking, travel and music are embraced by black people.
The mission was simple enough: change the world one person at a time. It turns out there are a lot of good people already pursuing this mission, and although I think with time the concept could truly take off, I already have a tremendous amount of food on my plate and so I am stepping down from this platform. You can still find the work my wife and I put forward in groups we set up in NYC, Brooklyn, Baltimore, Raleigh, Houston, Atlanta, D.C., Chicago and Miami. Black professionalism is a well-received concept embraced by many already, and is more than just a business-it is a way of life. Many blessings to all of you who supported us during these six months with your time and energy. Freedom Justice + Queen Martina Erkyah Badu's latest video "Window Seat" has been causing a lot of flaps all over the internet, in the news and in everyday conversations. I am SURE you have seen it. As my wife is saying as I type this, she made a lot of women want to run to gym behind that one.
