We don't post about sports but this performance was phenomenal. Some of our team had these comments:
"Love it made me cry through out the whole time. Knowing those same kids were crying for there lives a few months back and the fact that Jennifer lost half her family to a gun man but yet they can join forces and perform!" - Majestic Style "I am from Connecticut .Seeing this made me so choked up on how strong these amazing children are. All of us here in this state are still grieving about this tragedy but for me this performance helped me allot in healing. If these kids can bring them self to perform in front of millions and be that strong and resilient to the evil that took place that day , well then we all in America can learn from them . Love you New Town , thanks and remain strong." - Oryan B. Some in the media had terrible things to say about the performance after it took place-a few inappropriate comments-but this performance stood high on our list of great moments. Of course, We enjoyed Beyonce's half time show and the "National Anthem" sung by Alicia Keys (wow, 3 great black performances in one Super Bowl showing...amazing!)...but Jennifer gave this show the introduction that set the tone for what was otherwise a great night in sports. "I can't believe anyone would criticize this is any way. Good Grief! Who cares if some of the vocals are taped. What a wonderful experience for the children and all of us! We are bouncing back from a heinous tragedy, one of many. I hope the NRA saw this. May such a grievous tragedy never happen again. I taught for for 21 year children just like that. I had a Elementary Chorus just like that...my heart goes out to the families who suffered the loss of a child and the people close to them who continue to heal from this terrible experience..." - D Pierce We couldn't agree more D. Thanks to those of you who submitted comments and although we didn't post them all we welcome you to do so below on our site!
