#stayintune with what matters!
FOOD...we take for granted the most basic and necessary thing we need daily...and yet we complain about why we can't sleep, think straight, tired all the time, get sick so easily...I can go on. What are we doing about it? Smoking less? I drink less (you may recall my attempt at sobriety...it was a good run...but I find at this time I can just regulate how much I drink...as if). But in every other way I follow the rules to how to eat to live: plenty of water, green tea with honey daily, smoothies-often 2 glasses daily (homemade too-none of that store bought, chemically enhanced and riddled with "natural flavors" etc.), good exercise (calestetics cause I don't need a gym...but it is cool if YOU go lol)...I meditate in the morning and at night, my #2 is on point daily (I had to say it, not being nasty) and I am living proof you can be as healthy as I am by simply saying I WANT IT. This documentary currently on #Netflix is a good example of what you need to do to better your life through what you eat-or don't! Watch this...and also another doc called "Food Inc." on #YouTube (watch THIS first then go to YouTube).
